Kaiser Wilhelm I’s Last Official Signature (March 8, 1888)

This facsimile shows the last state document signed by Kaiser Wilhelm I on March 8, 1888. He died the following day. The document in question authorized Bismarck to conclude the current legislative session of the Reichstag.
