"What the Coming Reichstag Will Look Like" (1878)

This Kladderadatsch cartoon pokes fun at Reichstag deputies who eagerly toed the chancellor’s line. At the same time, however, it also implies criticism of Bismarck’s “dictatorial” position over parliament.
