After the Battle – Surviving Members of the 6th Army (February 1943)
Statistics on the number of German soldiers captured at Stalingrad differ on account of disparities in the various sources. According to the most recent research, however, it can be assumed that about 100,000 German soldiers were captured at Stalingrad; only about 6,000 of them returned home after the war.
