Warm Welcome for GDR Citizens in Lübeck (November 11, 1989)
Berlin wasn't the only place where the opening of the border was celebrated. In numerous cities and towns throughout the Federal Republic, West German citizens greeted their "brothers and sisters" from the East like long-lost relatives.
